I don't know Mike Carrey well, because I am new (again, I read them back in the early 90's) to comics. But I am very much looking forward to Ultimate Thanos, I love that ogre faced badass.

How is ultimate silver surfer doing? I haven't read all of the ultimate gah lak tus books yet. Will ultimate SS and ultimate thanos be enemies?

Nah , Hell Ultimate SS doesn't even have free will.

Ultimate SS is just a creation of Gah Lak Tus and most (he created them en masse) were destroyed by Cap and their cohorts.

Ahh yes. I thought it might be that. I actually thought that was a decent read. What didn't you like about it? Wolverine owning Thing right?

I wouldn't judge his writing by that. It's probably compulsary to write Wolverine as an uber midget at Marvel these days. Most everyone's done it...

Carey's super-hero work is sub par but Lucifer alone makes him one of the best writers in the industry right now.
