I think you'll find that it is, Vin. Some mods are still mods because they're liked, and won't ever lose modship as a result.

Well, I'm talking about being voted in. It seems more like people are voting for who would supposedly do a better job rather then how popular or "cool" someone is.

Which makes sense. Lance and Imp would make good mods.

I don't understand why there's "good" and "bad" modding, really.

That's how it is viewed, you're right. They're "good" if they follow the rules, and that should be the default.
