fight#1 would be close but IG thanos should come out on top, and fight #2 is no contest HOTU thanos could blink and destroy him........but a more probable answer is he would just absorb the beast as he did with LT, and all the other cosmics

when thanos had HOTU, he absorbed every abstract in the universe at once, and also they all attcked him before this and it didnt even phase him.......he had control over all that is in the marvel universe
