Assumption 1: People that don't have your belief in your religious texts do not appreciate reference to such texts in support of your belief.

Assumption 2: These people do not want to hear about these texts.

What is it about your religion that would make a person want to become a part of it?

Given the assumptions, answers to this question cannot include reference to religious texts. Once an answer is given and debate begins, attacks at the answer may open up the introduction of religious text iff the attack accuses the religion of not being what is claimed in the posted answer, or similar circumstance. Religious text reference should be avoided if possible as its use is contrary to the discussion approached with the thread.

Because it works: What I mean by “works” is that it improves my life. My religion is a personal religion, so I am not trying to convert anyone. And I’m open to the possibility that it will not work for some people. But if you are interested, I can tell you how you can test it for yourself.
