Who has the worst origin?

I thought of this after reading the latest Xmen with Vulcan, he was cut out of his mother in front of his father and then to be raised as a slave only to escape and come to Earth and try to save his brother and die in the attempt then to be wiped from everyone’s memory that he ever existed.

Anyone got any worse?

I thought the creator meant worst as in most terrible for the character?

Aka all the crap that happened to Vulcan and Kal-El's homeworld gettng blown up with him being the only survivor.

What bout getting bit by a "radioactive" spider (cause there are lots of radioactive spiders around)

She Hulk was in a fatal accident, she needed a blood transfusion to live and the only one near her was her cousin (they didn't check his blood type ?) she got his blood and his curse, to turn into a uncontrolable monster (at least for the first couple of years) . hows that for terrable, to die or turn into a mindless beast.

Martain Manhunter actually knew his people and race, and his wife and child. He lost all of them. And to boot, the only people left from his planet are those" other" martains, with whom his people were at war with. Now that sucks. Could you imagine being jewish, and having the entire world be extinc except for some Nazi war criminals? And then being on a different world where there are no Humans at all. And then those war criminals show up. OMG. That would suck.

Sentry is pretty bad. Make that awful.

Just aweful. Seeing Both parents killed by another human being is the most tragic of all the "Human" characters.
