Makkari is easily far faster but I dont think he has the raw power required to do it. He has focused most of his cosmic energy into speed. I think he is around the 50 ton class in STR though. He can run past light speed into warp speed, he would have to come up with a very inventive speedblitze to win. Course they probably couldent touch him either.
