Each Team Gets Two Reps

Each team/race sends out ONE(the title is wrong) Character to battle in a hand to hand. Super beings are allowed. With Multiple powers if you say pick Rogue, She would be in her best form.(no skyfather's) Who would each team pick and what woudl the ultimate outcome be?

The teams are:
Xmen
Jla
Jsa
Avengers
Starmasters
Imperial Guard
Legion of Super heroes
New Warriors
Teen Titans
The Outsiders
Young Justice
Young Avengers
Guardians Of the Galaxy
The Defenders
The New Gods
The Elders of the universe
Heralds of Galactus
Justice Leagion A
Fantastic Four
Inhumans
The Amazons

Too many people, but the Heralds would send full power Tyrant.

I thought Tyrant was a buddy of Galactus' if you will. not meant to be a herald, but a friend.
