TOAA can create a story, where there's a power source that houses their power,
where someone acquires what would be their power within the story,
essentially making them "all powerful" over everything within the story.

Guess what though, the story itself,
is nothing more than a figment of TOAA's imagination,
illustrated on paper with ink.
It becomes "real" for those within the story,
but to TOAA, who are literally creating/manipulating everything,
it's just entertainment that can be just as easily crumbled up and tossed away.
Yea, the LT, mutli-Eternity, Thanos, the THOTI and the omniverse itself,
as feeble as the actual comic book in your hand.
