Most of the £4 ones are vanilla though, hardly any extras, cheaper different editions etc. Well they are when I go out shopping... sometimes find good deals though, found a 2 disc uncut edition of The Brood for £3 a few months ago, oh and the 2 disc shiny box edition of Dead and Buried for only £2, both brand new. So can always find good deals.

Its really shocking how cheap Dvds are i mean only 4-6 pounds . I know hd dvds are comming out but when dvds firat came out they where 18 pounds each !!and dvd players 500 pound each now they only cost 20pound
I really hope HD DVDS does not win 🙁
New DVDs are about the same price now in the U.S. as they were when DVDs first came out.
meh....not really, although the price has stayed pretty steady for the last few years. Back in '98 if you wanted a dvd......you would have had to pay $30+ for it...........now just about any dvd can be bought at Wal-Mart on it's release date for $14.99.
i dunno, if the movie is something i like, some extras make it so much more, commentaries should be mandatory for new release movie DVDs IMHO, you can pick up on so much more with a "guide" as it were. And delted scenes and such show you other bit of plot that can sometimes explain things that wern't so clear before, the Mallrats deleted scenes made sence of a few things for me.
