I dd. He was a bumblebee. This pumpkin onesy is what he wore to daycare. Next year when there are more opportunities for him...pirate it is!

I have to say that as i live in an impenetrable bubble i havent the faintest idea who Roy Orbisson is... could you enlighten me please??

Oh, my word--Roy Orbison--have you seen or heard of the movie Pretty Woman? Bruce Springsteen's song, where he mentions Roy Orbison singing "Only the Lonely"--he was a singer in the 60s (and yes it's historical but those who don't undertand history are Doomed to repeat it)and he was blind and he was part of the Traveling Willowbys for a while and he's smooth as silk and he can purr (audio, Pretty Woman). He was sorta bluesy, definitely rock and roll.

Hello piratistas, school and Ike are taking up my time. We didn't get hammered down south TX, but my buddies up the coast--man Ike was a mortal butch!! Galveston still has tons of places where there's just lots and lots of debris--No gators walking down main street or anything, but none of it was any good, none of it--you can go to Texascoastalgeology and see some major devastation. School/work's work, oh well--I really do want to retire I think-=-I've a student this year who's a runner and then when you do catch up with her she will either try to hurt you--I really hate getting bitten and scratched--although I think she'll at least pause before she trys to bit me again. I basically fed her her own hand so she couldn't chomp on me. Having cats and nursing their booboos has definitely given me the advantage--I keep moving and that's the way to work it. oh, sorry yucky--she's got some serious issues and she's in public school--it's just hard to be a kid today--also hard for old piratistas to wrestle someone to the ground.

I've heard of it, but not actually heard it. I heard a remake of it on the radio a few days ago and was appalled. But I'm all for anything associated with rubber chickens!
