Hey, question for you Twlight fans. I haven't seen it, haven't read the books, so I don't know much about it. The guy Edward is a very old vampire, right? But he meets Bella in high school? I'm not bashing or making fun, but it made me think: has he been taking the same high school classes for several years? Wouldn't it eventually get to be a waste of his time? Or does it ever say if he had adventures or something and is just now in high school? I know he says he can read every mind but Bella's, so it just seems like he would be bored going to high school all the time. Can anyone shed some light on that?

So the kids have to go to school until they cannot pass for their age anymore, and then they have to move somewhere else.

Yes, they've gone through high school a LOT of times. But Edward explains, "The younger we pretend to be, the longer we can stay in one place." so they go to high school, then "college" (they dont ever really go to college, but they use it as a cover)

Actualy they do go to college. It's even mentioned that Edward already has a Medical Degree from Harvard and Carlisle has numerous college degree's. People would start noticing if this young looking doctor showed up to work in the hospital now and his diploma says he graduated in 1957 or something lol
IBD!!! So on a curious Sunday afternoon last week my girlfriends and I went to the movies and we all simultaniously expressed our curiosity over the Twilight fandom! I had been hearing so much about it and this supposed love, lust story between a Vampire and a human. I was surprised to hear that my friends were just as curious as I was, so we all bought tickets and watched it.......and OMG! OMG! OMG! All I can say is EDWARD CULLEN IS MY NEW OBSESSION!!!! I am Unconditionally and Irrevocably in LOVE with EDWARD!!!! AHHHHHHHH!!! After the movie we all went straight to Barnes and Noble and bought the 1st book! I finished it and I am dying to buy the next one New Moon and read it!
Yes! I am now a Twilight freak! lol....but at least this time around I'm not alone...lol...my friends are just as obsessed as I am!! Woot woot! lol

I read them when they were coming out, I got Twilight like three years ago. All my friends just started reading them as well and its entertaining to see them go through the whole ride like I did Except for the year wait in between them all lol.

i have gotten SOO many people into Twilight. i've gotten my whole group at school except for one person (she was already into it) to read/love Twilight! even the ones who SWORE never to read it!!

New Moon is a great book but...........................Twilight, Eclipse and Breaking Dawn are better. im not telling you ANYTHING about it though. if u lived near me i would ttly lend it to you!! but u live 3 hours away...
