i was doing an experiment seeing if a paper towel would burn if it was only in contact with heat, not the flame. I was also seeing if smoke would travel downwards. Some of it did, and the paper towel didn't catch flame, it just blackened. Then the smoke got wet, and since it was all stuck inside the container it smelled really bad when i opened it. Then I had a really bad headache for the rest of the day. Just wanted to explain that.
That sounds fun. And for my random fact of the day: the reaction with the coke and mentos is physical. I'm sure you already know this Jaeh. The carbon in the drink is naturally attracted to things like cracks in glasses and small ridges in ice, and since the mentos are coated in surgar, there are alot of these ridges and what-not.

hm.. why can't you stand mythbusters? I still like watching it, but sometimes their experiments nowadays don't really seem properly prepared - like that lego ball thing I once watched, when they trying to debunk the youtube vid, the original ball was way bigger than the one on mythbusters... they need to step it up again, the quality of their experiments are kinda degrading.
hmmm.. time warp? I have a feeling I know what that show is but don't remember what its about...

back in the old days, they were all about the myth but now they wanna show off as well
sure a big boom is good now and then but they dont have to seem like theyre acting when they explain the myths and stuff

yeah, true. but sometimes its funnier that way - but sometimes it actually appears like they're acting. obviously. -_-
ya i liked a few of the time warps but it did get really cheesy. for example: who wants to see coins getting hit off people's ears, someone bouncing on a bike, someone free running, someone throwing a boomerang, etc. all in super-slow motion? they basically just let people show off on the show after their second episode. The explosions and nitrogen bombs and water balloons and things getting shot and bottles being broken and different things with bubbles and things getTING BLENDED AND...gotta stop myself there. it would be cool if they had stuff like that in all the episodes, but unfortunately they don't, and all the stuff i listed was only in like 4 episodes 🙁
also i don't really have a problem with mythbusters. i do find flaws in their recreations of the myths, but i overall like the show. especially the disentigrated compact (and yes i know there was a problem with the myth in that episode, the semis didn't hit the compact right, one was off to the right).
