Well I was to my it just looked like the created a ball of antimatter and then used it to start a chain reaction.

Full potential Jean and full potential Hyperstorm are well beyond full potential Franklin.

Considering a few things.

Creating Pocket Universe.
Using his power to revive 616 Galactus (confirmation on this feat?)

What IF
Becoming Galactus, and taking on several Celestials at once.
Destroying a universe, through his own power.

Then I would say, Franklin has potential to be on par or above a single Celestial.

Already these two feat give kid Franklin at least already on par with Celestial.

reconstruct Galactus and he didn't do so alone Valerie helped him and they burned out all his power in the progress.
