Even before Jessica Drew/Classic Spider-Woman got her enhanced powers, Rogue couldn't even get to absorb SW's powers. See AA10. And again Jessica Drew/Current Spider-Woman was able to take down Wolverine and the Wrecker (it was mentioned in the NA arch that the Wrecker had the power of THOR.) And if Bendis is writing the story, you know who will win 🙂

She couldn't absorb Spider-Woman due to the fact that SW was completely covered in her costume. SW was hoping around for her dear life.
SW didn't defeat Wrecker. She tricked him and snatched his own crowbar and hit him with it. Wolverine and Luke Cage defeated Wrecker...only because they had his crowbar.
