Why be mean to liz? The poor woman was terrified and emotionaly confused when she did that to Jack..

We have to admit liz was an idiot to do that..but its hard for her right now..i have no idea why but some how i dont blame her. We have to give her a chance to learn from her mistake and shes paying it big time bc she cant deny her heart no longer

her actually doing that made Jack SMILE..he wasnt angry 😂

and if liz really IS a b****, then she wouldn't be worried about jack or will or trying to choose between them. she would just use both of them and throw em away like rags.

she has to be a lady w her dad
she has to be the common housewife
and she knows she has to be tough when it comes to situations that are hard.
I think Liz is trying to be more upperclass than the ppl of the upperclass
and shes trying to be more of a pirate than other pirates.
Wants to proove that she can be all those things...thats my guess

i'm kinda nuetral on this though. i just put that because i feel bad that everyone is being so mean to the liz character when she hasn't really done anything wrong. i guess chaining jack was kinda wrong but she did it to save everyone else so it's right.

but see she wasnt exactly THINKING of everyonei mean the crew. she was thinking mostly about her and the relationship w will. Because davy jones wanted to "BRING HIS BELOVED PEARL BACK TO THE DEPTHS" so whoever was in the pearl well gets swallowed by the kraken. but davy wasnt specifically after jack at that moment. he just wanted to swallow the pearl and whoever was in it.
and the kraken attacked TWICE! while jack escaped. the kraken wasnt after jack it was after the pearl bc davy brought it back to jack now his bringin it down again. Jones rather get jack himself cus i think its personal...so liz knows, shes rather smart....again its just me guessing, just an opinion

It's like what I said earlier. She generally acts very nobly and is pretty brave. I think she's a little disillusioned with the pirate life by the end of the second movie, so I think she really wants adventure and freedom, not necessarily to be a pirate. She makes a couple of mistakes, but everyone does in these movies! They've all slipped up at least once. Cut Liz some slack. If we were all living back then and during that time, we probably wouldn't think to do half the stuff she can do.

it would really stink if will and liz get together, but unfortunately, they sorta have to-cuz u just know they will 🙁
