The only changes being made are to my powers. Carnival of Carnage looked really impressive to me after Sirin took out a lot, and it'd probably be of benefit to the Philo team.

First off, think of your character stylistically. What kind of person is he? How do you think he'd be fighting?

For example. Ares is my character. As a Gunner, it's typical for him to take guns with as much ammo as possible and just go apeshit. Not a very good example for the purpose of Paths, but you get the idea.

Frankly, I don`t care about fighting aspect of this game as much. Melkor is All-rounder, but slightly better at shooting. I tried to have a good balance of powers.

Alright, here's what I'm thinking for Melkor...

Since you're more tilted towards Gunner, you might want powers that give you a good fighting chance when it comes to close combat.

Preying Mantis is probably not one of those choices.

Shadow's Companion I would also not keep. If you're going to be loaded down with a bunch of guns and clips, you're not going to be using SC much. You have a good Intrusion score as it is!

Personally, I'd switch PM and SC out for Hands of Light and Healthy Tiger. Tiger lets you do more damage with your fists, as well as make ripostes. HL gives you more dice to roll, meaning more damage. Since you have DiM, you'd be punching through armored guys pretty easily.

Otherwise, I like your loadout. Looks good.

Other things you might want to consider are Eagle Eye and Venerable Grasshopper. EE ignores armor on mooks, which is good for a Natural All-Rounder like yourself. VG does a lot of damage, and can get you out of bad combat situations, though you're less accurate and would probably need to tap it to get any results.

I would go with StS, I think. It does give you additional damage, but damage doesn't matter if you fail to hit them.
