Ominar Sym, Preus, Cyborg and Gog vs The Surfer, Thor, Loki, Stardust and Firelord

Who wins this one?

This is Gog from Action Comics. And its limited to one Gog.

I don't know Ominar Sym or Preus, and I only barely know Cyborg and Gog. I also only barely know Stardust (the only thing I know about him being that he fought Beta Ray Bill and that BRB whupped his cosmic ass).

Can we get some info on theses characters? Does anybody have the links to their bios?
