At his strongest with his weapons, I hope you not meaning artifacts like THOTU, IG, RG, CC -- Well he's currently in possession of RG so yeah it will be a overkill in Thanos favor

I personally believe Thanos would win. Thanos held his own with Odin who created The Destroyer
