The best Storm can do is pretty much little bit over Mach 1. Escape velocity is Mach 32. ✅ That's eleven kilometers per second, by the way. And Namor has hit that with laughable ease, when he kept up with Captain Marvel. Don't see Storm's winds halting a guy moving at that speed, sorry.
Namor is not only better in flight then Storm, he's also faster.

Here is how Storm get's a little R&R. She flying EXTREMELY high into the Earth's mesosphere and ruturning at least the speed of an Asteroid or Comet. She is also completely unaffect by the heat from the air friction or the Cold in the upper atmosphere where temps can reach -225 degrees. This can also speak to her control over air.

I think she is propelling herself from way up there along with earth's gravity. It kinda looks like a Comet or Asteroid.
More Speed. Storm is flying so fast she creates her own High-Altitude Jetstream and Rogue can't even catch her. She is also shown blockin Psylock's TP.
