He's also bigger at 6'2 and weighing in at 240 Ib's of pure muscle. Shiva's like 5'10 weighing in at 130 Ib's. You people don't see that as being an advantage for Cap in this fight. I've been in plenty of fights😖ome in the street or at school and some in martial arts classes(sparring) and believe me size does matter. A skilled 130 Ib woman couldn't beat a skilled 240 Ib man.

Except this 130 lb woman can punch through solid concrete without the serum.....

Captain America when he lost his SSS he defeated Crossbones and defeated the Serpent Squad.

Captain America when he was transferred into the weak and dying body of the RedScull. Easily put down the Superhuman YellowJacket and handled GiantMan quite nicely. And this was in the Redscull's body so the heroes were not holding much back like on a friend or trusted hero.

Even in his sickly weakly body he past his trials and endured before the SSS this saids a lot IMO.

Its obvious that Winter Soldier is just referring to his natural abilities and he's a good athlete. The bio-arm is superhuman.
