Worked for me.

I play 2-player MUGEN in between classes, favourite character to use is Shin Level 2 Akuma. My friend has to resort to using a ridiculously cheap character, like from DBZ, or Naruto Kun, to beat him. And I can still beat him even if he uses Naruto.

Not heard of Reu's Evil Ryu, Evil Ken, & Dragon Claw? They were pretty popular, and he made Dragon Claw from scratch iirc.

Oh I know them, but I don't like special characters so don't use them.

Dragon Claw was pretty awesome know.

If no one minds me asking...what are the graphic card requirements of Hi-res Mugen? How about HD Mugen? I'm currently trying to get on Mugen Guild but it's not loading up at all. Was wondering if anyone here knew.

I was running Hi-Res Mugen back in the day with like a 256 mb integrated video card and two gigabytes of ram. The graphics requirement are really low, to be honest.

I think warusaki3's Capcom vs SNK 2 characters have probably the best AI, Phantom of the Opera's characters were pretty popular too.
