I've posted scans that show Supes can manipulate, control, and even keep others from maniulating all power spectrums, even those SS has never manipulated such as psychic energy, secondly ive posted scans of B supes absorbing energy on a level that blow SS away and he then uses it to wrestle a millinium giant, which would be the DC equivilant to a marvel Celestial.

It is a debate, and im showing with scans and feats that Blue supes defeats SS in power, energy manipulation, shielding, strength, etc.

Yeah let me help break this down for you, SS just snacked on a Giant Red Sun, he absorbed all of it. Nothing left of an entire sun excpet SS looking HUGE after the fact.
SS has manipulated psychic energy as well........................so far Superman hasn't absorbed a sun so SS is still on top.
Asmodel could have killed Superman in a second but he was such a noble creature Asmodel couldn't bring himself to do it.

The fact that they are stated in narration to be so means nothing to you doesnt it? Do you not know that narration is not a characters opinion its the writters, it isnt that the Millinium giants were weak, its that Blue supes is so insanely powerful.

Um Superman is powered by a yellow sun which isn't as large as a Red Sun and SS swallowed all of the red suns energy. If Superman were to perform a feat like that on Earth it would vanish.

Firstly Blue supes isnt powered by any sun, he is pure energy, he can draw energy form any where, anyone and anything, he can turn matter to energy and energy to matter, everything and everyone including SS is his energy to do with as he pleases.
And about the scan that will trump the red sun absorbtion (which by the way post the scans after that to show how much it helped SS in his fight) I will get to shortly.
