It's pre-House of M Iceman if that makes any difference. Fight takes place in a nuclear powered Antarctic research station. Neither character can willingly leave the continent or the atmosphere directly above. Who wins? 🙂

Stalemate if they both go into their disembodies forms.

If not, Hank blows the planet up. He is a villain after all.

Cyborg , He can utilise apokalyptian tech from his little stint on the planet. That same tech held his consciousness in a small orb, he then does the same to Ice-man.

Afterwards Cyborg flings the orb as far as he can , calculating it's EXACT speed and trajectory . Making sure that as soon as it picks up speed it'll go through a few hundred thousand planets
