Johnny is a human surrounded by fire, that can generate high levels of heat.

All bobby has to do is smother johnny's flame. 😛

If Johnny had enough time to really heat up, he would win this, but Bobby freezes almost instantly. He won't give Johnny that chance. So he wins 10/10.
