No. Maul was actually the one making Obi-Wan tired. From the TPM novelization:

As we can see, Maul was beating the shit out of Kenobi, and getting him tired. The script even concedes to that saying:

I'm not denying he doesn't have the basics such as push, pull, and such. However, how's he going to "own him" with that? And what do you mean "all those Sith"? The only real Sith he beat was Ragnos' 5,000 year old spirit possessing an already beaten Tavion. Tavion was not a Sith. She was a Dark Jedi in a Sith cult, not to be confused with the real thing. It was reborns - Dark Jedi - no Sith. And there's no canonicity on just how many Jaden did face anyways. That's the problem with video game characters.
Well still, he can't win over Obi with push and pull, and I doubt his lightning or grip if he even had them would be of much use, since Obi-Wan could withstand Dooku's lightning, and a grip is countered by a push. I doubt Jaden with his small amount of practise could outmatch Obi-Wan in a force duel. Obi-Wan was even good enough in the force to counter Anakin's force push. He might not be awefully strong in the force, but he has techniques...

He fleed from the sand creatures, fearing he would get eaten if he stayed at the planet.
He fleed from the rancor, almost dying at the thought of facing one. He just ran around helping prisoners. ROTJ Luke defeated one unarmed as well...
And he ran from the mutated Rancor as well, crushing it between the force field and that crate.....

Saboteur, maybe that was an overration of his emotions, but he say "A RANCOR???" and backing down when the prisoner said it. And if it was so damn easy, he would have just killed it then gotten the **** out of there easily......
WHATEVER he did, it doesn't matter, since killing a rancor is not a big feat for a jedi, and it sure as hell doesn't put him up at Obi's level. Thanks....
