No I didn't. I just chose to give it the contempt it deserved.

The song? Yeah, me too.

Haha, when reading the new song title I was thinking that would fit to the melody the Strokes song "12.51" very well...

Call Me When You're Sober
Your friend told you 'cause I told her
Friday nights have been lonely
Change your plans and then phone me.

i don't like it much yet (probably cuz I havn't heard enuf of it yet) but I guess I will once I get my hands over the album.I m a Evanescence lover n I LOVE all their songs. This 1s new n abit different 4m their other 1s so I guess it'll take abit of time 4 me 2 'let it in'.

jesus christ...i dont know what to say to that...how the f*ck do you get "4m" out of "from"? Oh and funnily enough, the spell check dosn't pick 4m up as a mistake...

I really done mind evanesence, they're just another one of those bands that neither blew me away or i thought totally sucked. Its just simple, basic rock. I do like Amy Lees voice alot though...and her body.

It's pop with "rock" guitar, and a woman singing in that way that makes the general public believe she's a good singer because she can hold notes.

If you like it, none of my business, I just tire of the whole guitar = rock thing.

You know where i stand on this issue (the new generation of "rock bands"😉 but isn't someone who can hold notes/bend notes a good singer by definition? i know having range is also part of being a good vocalist (like Burton from Fear Factory or Corey from Slipknot), but still while the music may not be the most complex, dosn't it still make her a good vocalist?

Anyone with any kind of training can learn how to hold and bend notes, it doesn't make you a good singer. People who play piano for fun can knock out some arpeggios, it doesn't mean they're good pianists by definition.

So, no. If you like the sound of her voice, fine, but it doesn't make her a good singer.

The first time I heard it I wasn't too sure, but it does grow on you, and I'm quite excited by it now.

I've listened to the "Call Me When You're Sober" afew times. Its pretty damn good. Not sure about any singles going out in the UK. Wish I could help you though.

No one else get that? No? Really? It seems so clear.
