This is Eddie-Venom vs Deadpool with his normal weaponary (Let's say 2 pistols, Smg, 2 swords, couple of frag grenades and his onliners)

Deadpool could always Teleport out, track down Peter Parker, ask him how to stop venom, Teleport and grab some futuristic weapons from Cable, port back, and obliterate Venom.

However, besides that? Deadpool goes down. Hard.

DP hasnt got a chance - unless he uses sonic

or......................... 😖hifty: he teleports to SLAPSTICK who comes with him and makes venom laugh to death or get bored to death or annoyed

Superior strength, agility, reflexes, speed etc. etc.

Venom camouflages, tendrils him and suffocates Deadpool.

Nope, teleportation is a no no in this fight.

this is a fight not to the death. venom can beat DP in a fight with ease.

I would say 9.5/10 to Venom just because DP has some serious combat skills and I can think of some things that he can do to hurt Venom.
