...ever get the feeling...

so I was in the bath a few mins ago. teh water was wayy too hot. i liked it then but after stepping out of the shower, its like i've been drained of all my energies...and am so thirsty...

I think hot water slows your body down...that's why there's no such thing as a Cold Tub, because the point of it is to relax you. As for being dehydrated, it's probably just the hot water. Hot weather dehydrates you more than cold weather. The high temp of the water probably did it

Can you describe what you looked like WHILE you were showering?

You have to be careful of having the water to hot and staying to long because you can pass out and some people have even died from taking a hot bath.

wow...

but yeah...I was so on the verge of passing out after this bath. I quickly forced lots of water down my throat and ate toast and omelette so my strength returned.

VERY sucky start to the day...😬 🙁
