Galactus loses energy while fighting it is small amounts but he still loses it just like Tyrant, Tenebrous haven't shown that he needs to refill his energy. If Tenebrous can draw it out long enough, then perhaps Tyrant will lose enough energy to give Tenebrous the egde even though I doubt it.
Therefore Tyrant ftw in a solid majority

Some context on the fight vs. Aegis and Tenebrous. Andy Schmidt (editor) and Keith Giffen (writer) for the annihilation mini explained that Galactus was weak at the time he engaged Aegis and Tenebrous. Reason we know this...they're fighting on a planet, as opposed to outer-space. Aegis and Tenebrous were prepped by Thanos, and presumably ambushed Galactus as he was getting ready to feed to prepare for his battle. They brought the battle to him before he could do so....and he got knocked the fukk out.
Full-powered Tyrant fell against a prepared Galactus....hungry Galactus fell against Tenebrous and Aegis, who were prepped by Thanos. It should be noted though...and Schmidt and Giffen also discussed this...Tenebrous is also showing signs of severe damage in that fight. The art is difficult to see but if you look closely Tenebrous' armor is cracked all over....not bad for big G considering he was hungry and fighting Thanos-prepped near-equals.
There's not really any parity in the fights....but since Tyrant completely demolished Surfer and Surfer killed Tenebrous and Aegis via plot-device....I'll go with Tyrant 6/10
