i was like 11 when 9/11 happened so i didnt really care about that kind of stuff

I was 11 as well, don't really remember it though...think I remember it being on the news as I was coming home from school

we were in lunch when it happened and a secretary came on the loud speaker announcing it all hysterical, but you could barely hear cause it was the lunchroom then like a minute later a princapal came on telling us not to listen to that last announcement
but when the plane went down in Summerset, PA we evacuated the school to W&J[the local college]

I was 17. It was senior year and we had a "tough" physics test coming up.

I was pissed at both the idiot extremists and America's inaction. Some of the idiot nerd girls in my physics class were crying and holding hands. I facepalmed at them.

every year in history class after that we watched the news coverage of the Twin Towers falling and we did this report thingy about survivors of 9/11 who were developing psychological issues in psyche my senior year

I like Obama's foreign policy approach. I like his "science and technology are important" attitude, as well. I'd like for him to turn up the funding for science and technology, though.
