I can help.

Resave the image as a .jpg on your computer.

You can easily do that by opening it up in MS Paint. (Open MS Paint up, then click file, open, and browse for the location that that image is stored.)

Once the image opens up, click on save as, then on the option for "save as type", hit the drop down menu, and select the one that has JPEG in it.

Than hit save. Make sure you take a note of where you saved the image on your computer.

And then, attach the image to your post, here, in this thread. Be sure and select the image that ends in ".jpg."
