Which country does she want to do it in? It's really easy in Canada. And Europe I believe though I can't speak from personal experience there. I got all my info online, there're a ton of agencies and sometimes jobs are posted on Craigslist even, some families prefer it that way. Google is your friend's best friend!! 🙂

Anyway, if you wait for a couple of years, the older one won't really consider the newborn as a threat. Most of the times. It's really quite normal, never really gets as bad as I described earlier, but it's never a bad idea to wait for a couple of years to rule out the possibility.
