I got really tired of people making excuses. Like, if you don't work out, then you don't work out, and that's ok. But going "Well, I have no equipment at home, so that's why I don't work out, otherwise I'd be a beast" irritates me. So I took this picture as proof that while I go to the gym and use weights, you don't need equipment. There are days where all I will use is a chair and the floor, and that's all (like when I took this picture).

i still do some cardio, if im feeling upto it, if im feeling pumped.
its really the after effect thats good. if i do cardio in the morning, say an hour of breaking out in complete sweat, im good to go for more later in the day.
working out is great for that, once you start you want to keep going, however, i wanted to start smoking again, however, im going to quit, because its almost summer, and i can totally go for runs and not slip on ice... sometimes. canadian summers lol.
