So then if you don't think someone is hot, then keep your mouth shut. Just because you don't find someone attractive doesn't mean no one else does.
Warnings don't really expire, but generally it depends on the offense and the individual mod's discretion and judgment.

I've only given you one warning ever and that was two months ago.
Mods can very easily check on how many warnings someone's been given, who issued them, and when and why they were issued, so exaggerating doesn't really do you any good.
