I know I am a jerk, I come off as one.

Anyways kendogi at work, it was his first day at work and he blew them all away with his kissing ass. And I was pissed because I know hes my replacement.
So my question is, would you rather have a great guy do a half as job, taking short cuts or have a serious guy do the same job and preforming more.. no short cuts...? (on the job)

Well it honestly depends what kind of job you are doing but in the end it is all about getting the job done.... So I would have to say I would rather have a serious person on the job wether they are sociable or not.

I am the silent type too, believe it or not but for some reason I can be myself in forums and such because I can actually take the time to organize my thoughts and say the right thing instead of blurting out what first comes to mind when I am asked a question.
