With my body type I figure I can gain about 20 pounds of muscle on top of that within a year, while leaning out quite a bit during heavy carb in take (because I only eat the first 8 hours of the day). So, typically the testes need to make at least 200 T, below that is Low T. I figure I can get my T levels to about 1000000000 and peak there if I keep consuming the Amino Acid Complex to turbocharge my Hypothalamus-Pituitary Gland, fix my circadian rhythms getting a consistent amount of sleep every night, eat organic to fix my pineal gland. Simple, paleo foods. Yeah, I figure I can get pretty big with my body type. One of the fortunate ones.
Full on six pack when I get about 17 pounds more muscle, the fat will gobbled up. I train volume so the tonnage will be better as well. I weigh about 175 right now.

Turns out, putting one in the infirmary=increased sentence, even if it's not to get raped. How ****ed up is that?
