Oh, couple things I neglected to mention in my second vid.
The reason I'll only eat or workout early in the day will be because of the the necessity for my body to start producing melatonin early before bedtime, and that I sleep on an empty stomach so that I may sleep well.
The foods I will be eating are super nourishing to the body, increasing my insulin sensitivity, dopamine, thyroid hormone, pineal activation, testosterone, ketone bodies, growth hormone, fat cell apoptosis, and BMI. The exercise will push it over the edge by increasing muscle-hypertrophy, blood circulation, long capacity, bone density, flexibility, and by pushing my CNS to endure extremes. Rage-fueled exercise, imagine being pushed past your wall throughout a workout, faster than you'd like to go.
