Your belly button wouldn't look like that if you had no visceral pudge. If your full abdomen is not visible, than your belly fat is, in fact, visceral.

If you had no visceral abdominal fat, you could literally sit down, lean forward and all six abs would still be fully defined.
Most everybody has visceral bodyfat, but there're many people who don't. It's mainly because of their genetics, not a super-food paleo diet.

I know we're all females in the womb. I know that men don't even need nipples and a lot of men's nipples don't naturally develop lumps what-so-ever, look at what we eat and what it has in it.
Goosebumps would not be visible on camera at that range. Take a pic of the goosebumps anywhere else on your upper body and they're never going to be that big.

For your second quote, the semantics are entirely irrelevant to that men should ever developed enlarged nipples.

I'm only pointing out aesthetic flaws. For a female, this would be a good, naturally favorable, thing. Not for a man, and not all men have that "hard nipple" problem unless they have inflamation there due yo lactate.
