I do work out some as a hobby and I work in Physical Therapy, so I know a little about weight training, but I probably don't eat enough to really get BIG big. I eat too much salad, haha.. I've also really gotten back into swimming 2 or 3 times a week. God I love it!! Probably burns too many calories to get BIG big.

Yeah, in order to grow muscles, you have to eat. Doing too much cardio and you won't be able to grow very much (but you could end up with some muscle and being absurdly ripped). One thing you can do is just simply drink 2 protein shakes a day. That's it. That will probably double your protein intake each day. They usually digest in about an hour.
