I like Jeff Cavalier's approach (AthleanX): don't do an extreme diet. Just get consistent and make small continuous changes that you can maintain forever.
Also, workout. You were gifted with a great set of genetics and people like me struggle to put on any muscle.

Yes. You have the build/physique that makes it obvious you can pile on muscle without a ton of effort. Similar to Backfire.
You can probably workout regularly for 6 months, eat a 50-50 diet (50% terrible, 50% good enough), and add 20-30 lbs of muscle while losing fat. Most people have to do steroids to see those numbers.
