Please give me honest feedback on my pic. And yes, I did flex for it. Three years ago I tore up my knee and couldn't workout for two and a half years, and had a pronounced limp during that time.
Gained +-40 pounds due to the inactivity and general poor eating habits which consisted of mostly comfort food. Be gentle though, I'm almost 49. old
