Hmm...well, it itches when it's initially growing in. At the length my goatee is now, it's just as if I had nothing there to me. The stubble around it though is itching like crazy, I need to shave in the morning.

About kissing...my ex never complained, and Piggle and I have yet to kiss.

I agree on the itchy part. It depends how coarse the growers hair is. I have yet to have a chance to experiment.
