ok... i think about spectre, mask, kid buu, and so... and mufassa from the comic, but he is against the rules... but spectre and mask is very powerful!

The Spectre isn't a fighter per say. And I dont' think he can control reality so much as just judge over it and alter certain things about it. People who controlled reality were like Parallax, Mxy, The Beyonder, Onslaught.

We thought you meant actual fighters. Like warriors. You might want to look at the who's the most powerful cosmics threads. But it's generally accepted that THe Spectre fully powered and The LT are where the buck stops.

Spectre is barrely a fighter... Neither is Mask.
Lucifer would trump Spectre any day though.

More often than not, save when Hal was Spectre[and even for some of it.], it goes around and kills people. I own most all of his comics. Hell, even the latest 3 issues have him killing several people. Even in comics that aren't his but he appears in, a good portion of the time its just to kill a character.
