Ultimate Hawkeye Vs. Deadpool

If there is one thing these guys know how to do, its killing people. So who would win in a fight?

Hawkeye gets his usual equipment plus some forks and Butter knives. Deadpool gets his usual equipment also. Fight is first to KO (since Deadpool cant die.)

hmmm, hawkeye is more of a sniper type where DP is more of a h2h kind of guy, but sniping may may give hawkeye a KO advantage here

Hawkeye: Boom! Headshot!
*Deadpool regenerates...
Hawkeye: Boom! Headshot!
And so on...

Pretty much

DP has basic stuff meaning teleportation - he appears behind hawkeye and snaps his neck
