As for your seriously ridiculous tirade that has been answered over and again, ad infinum. I'll appeal to your common sense. Watch carefully, its a bumpy ride. A character such as spiderman has been shown to, at his peak hurt Firelord. Defeat a character who by his merits has a durability strong enough to handle the gravitational pull of stars, blackholes, and your local starbucks. As we watch the growth of spiderman, we see him having difficulty living larger vehicles. We see as he punches have little to no effect against the hulk. We see his fists nearly broken when he punches cyborgs, androids and the such. So we see in one instance and one instance alone, a situation where PIS occurs. Well shortly thereafter spidey is "retconned" back to his powerlevels. The character goes back to showing that his peak is goblins, other spidermen, etc. So in effect we have seen that the current standing of spiderman to be that he has now been stated to no longer have that capability. In comics again where he can't hurt the Hulk, but can get him to run into a building. Where he again nearly breaks his hand on robots made of steel. So maybe you decide its not PIS. That maybe for a split instant he was actually THAT strong. Well now its been retconned. He no longer has that level of strength. So by having all the facts in this case, it would show nothing. The fact is that marvel made a mistake. We call it PIS. They rectified the case by changing the character back to what he was shown as. Therefore, it was if it never happened, happened. And that son is why we call it PIS. Even the comic industry has showed that the character over time cannot attempt the levels that are achieved in PIS. That is why we don't use PIS.
