Interview with Iran President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad

Or perhaps he is trying to exploit the 'religious factor' within his country to gain a favourable post.

yes some people do. but i believe that some people are genuine and spend awful amounts of time researching the conspiracy.

and i read both sides of the story, you only read one and believe ONE side of the story, without even looking at what someone else has to say. that is a padlocked mind.

''you fear what other people but how can you expose the unthinkable unless you think the unthinkable? Are you saying that you know it all? We know only a fraction of it all. Those who have dared to think and communicate the unthinkable. Without such people the human race cannot evolve; it just runs on the spot, living within a perpetual prison of the mind. Think beyond the bounds of what you are told is reality. To refuse to do so is the ultimate prison cell, the ultimate mental and emotional stagnation - the ultimate control. Indeed it is the way we have been controlled since this whole scam began.''

And where do you get off saying I only read one side of the story? You don't know me, all you know is that I refused to read far fetched conspiracy theories about omnipotent groups like the Babylonian Brotherhood. Which in itself should tell you something if books are around about them, it would in turn question their omnipotence.

I also doubt that Bigfoot, vampires, Nessi, boogie-men, alien anal probes etc. exist. But ya, I guess my mind is padlocked because I do not believe those too.

I do not mean to be rude or sound insulting but I have to agree with Deano here, you seem to have eaten up that propaganda bs. Though I find deano interesting, I don't usually agree with everything he says. In the interview he was blunt and right to the point, I remember reading about how Wallace said he did not give the questions beforehand to the President. I don't get how he sounded fanatical, I think it is crazy to call him some crazy fanatic, he is an intelligent man.

It is an unfortunate by-product of the media that portrays a dictator like figure as a fool or crazy fanatic. They are often dangerous men, certainly, but the nature of their form of government usually means they have to be intelligent and cunning to maintain their grip.

The President of Iran, while one can disagree with him, is an accomplished statesman and plenty intelligent, and deserves an amount of respect (remembering their are different kinds of respect. Not saying he should be loved.)

That is a possibility I wouldn't completely rule out. But what I have seen of his written and video interviews, he is extremely vehement about his religious views. Then again, he could just be a great actor since he wouldn't be in power if he didn't appease the Ayatollohs.

Anyways, I didn't even watch a whole minuet of it, since it didn't have any titties in it.

You are so straight it's cool.

Has PVS declared whether he is a whob-form or not yet?

I'm not doubting his intelligence level, he's an extremely smart and well spoken man; but he is also a religious nut and I do not trust religious nuts of any religion.

I agree he comes off that way, but as others have said, i wonder if he is part of the movement, or merely co-opting it for his own uses.

Very possible, but if he were to turn around and show this 'non religious' face, the Ayatollahs would have him removed. So he better be a great actor if he isn't a religious nut.

...well...if he isn't a nut...he's convinced me.

if you know that the U.S. government is merely a tool of a global secret society network

He should definetly be respected, I am with you on that, everyone portrays him like he is a dictator in North Korea ;/

Anyone here see Blair and the Israeli PM on BBC News today?

No but I did see former israeli prime minister on Bill Maher and man did he make me mad 馃檨
