They win imo. Swap Black Adam out for Raven or Dr.Fate and it could be a curbstomp.

Either way, Black Adam isn't needed here. Raven is DC's equivalent to Pheonix. Dr.Fate is DC's answer to Dr.Strange.

Those founght (most of them) and lose terrible to a depowered Tyrant.
If a Average power Galactus could take down a full powered Tyrant, and Tyrant could take them on with ease, at depowered state. Well I give it to the big G.

Its the DC side that could take on Galactus, Hal has universal feats as a GL one being containing the big bang. Captain Atom and firestorm? Have you seen their big feats?

I know Firestorm is good... But still, he's not in the same league as Galactus. I am unsure about Hal's (when not Parallax) power, but it's hard to defeat a greater force with many lesser.
It's like saying how many Silversurfers do you need to beat Galactus?
50 wouldent do it, since Uni-powered Surfer who was 50 times stronger than his former self couldent do it.
For the characters I know at the list, it would be like putting up ant's against an elephant.
