Saw this the other day, it's pretty cool.

Lucas and Co. did alot more than I realized on these films, and while some changes are un-welcome (even a PT lover like me knows that Han shot first), I will give credit where credit is due and say that they did a great job in cleaning the films up and making little tweaks to enhance it.

Imagine if all old classic films could be re-touched and tidy-ed up....

If I'm not mistaken, the new dvds are actually the early 90's versions with cleaned up effects, film quality and redone sound aren't they?

Compared to earlier releases, that is. It's basically the 'Faces' video release from '93, but on DVD.

Some of the changes are like 'WTF? It looked cooler when the guys getting shot had the censor flare!' and 'Why does the explosion go from normal colors to bright pink?!' and so on.

Dude.....pics 56-79 are all about the tunnel extension on the detetention sequence.

Who Cares?????????

How about some on Luke's shitty green saber. or more of the space shots

...and they totally skipped the boxes around the ties during the gun turret scene.

Maybe this is a good thing? Someone noticed
