My only point to this was that Wolverine is not the only person who has received this treatment throughout the years. Many others have because of their popularity. Personally I like both but I'm not hypocritical enough to completely look down on one and accept another.

As for Superman having his ass kicked... Since one year later, he got smacked around by luthor (in his big kryptonian machine) for a while before luckily (and it was lucky) winning the fight... got smacked around in the last issue of Superman too... before one year later? shazam (even when supes was possessed by eclipso and was even more vicious) had him on the ropes, gog killed him, eclipso with the blackrock beat his ass until supergirl bailed him out. Eradicator took him and Superboy down easily, and clearly had the upper hand...

Sure he does well, but even he gets kicked around sometimes... and when was the last time he fought someone who could beat him? The last time he fought Darkseid was ages ago, earth 2 Superman bailed him out in IC against Doomsday, and it took him AND E2 Supes to fight Superboy Prime (after several GL's had softened him up)

At least they dont show him fighting MM and Gl's and beating them with any regularity nowadays... the same can't be said for logan... 😬
