Marvel top tiers and DC top tiers

Alright, this thread is intended to see who has important roles in the universe and check out what level each of the characters these characters should be. There's no sole purposes to determine which company is powerful what-so-ever. Anyways, I'm not really done with the list yet. I've already made this thread in another forum, so now, I'm also going to do it here. So, here are my lists that I have so far..

Well I don't think Parallax is above the strongest imps, because the imps destroy universes as if they were toys and in the fassion of a game to see who can destroy more some times.

UN can destroy (it have) the multi-verse.

i think that people like celestials should be somewere there if there not.

The IG is above the UN though it has been shown multiple times that the IG is multiversal, in the IG and in the Magas (Warlocks alter ego evil side, and that was jus ta imcomplete IG too) saga.

P.S. the IG was able to deflect the UN and not even be harmed by it, its when Quasar tried to use it on Thanos when he had the IG

I agree with the Spectre being higher also.

This is not the the TOAA as in the Celestial leader.

As for the Spectre in full power.. He's never done anything that's so multiversal. The most impressive thing he's done was defeating the INCONSISTENCE 5th dimensional imp. I'm basing the 5th dimensional due to the fact that Emperor Joker easily destroyed the universe with just 99% of Mxyzptlk's power and the World's Funnest storyline. IIRC, during DoV, he had trouble against a universal magic powered Captain Marvel. Besides, everytime Spectre is up against multiversal threat such as the Ultimate Darkness (also known to be the Great Evil Beast) or Anti-Monitor, he loses, so....

Well actually that was the imps who did that, they destroyed every single universe till their was only one left, the main DC universe that exist now.

Technicly the only one who can beat a full powered Specre is god himself.

IIRC, the only time I remember the Imps ever doing something like that was during World's Funnest Story. I'm assuming he's talking about the Crisis because he mentioned it happened in the Crisis.
